Manhattan Beach Farmers Market Faves

Tuesday is my favorite day because it’s the Manhattan Beach farmers market. I wait until Tuesday to stock up on all of our products and other goodies that I can’t live without.

My absolute go to’s are:

•Gourmet Specialty Greens- I get the mixed cauliflower, mixed beets, spicy greens mix, peeled carrots, beet noodles, and zucchini noodles.

•Kepner Farms- I only buy eggs from here and I love their selection of poultry and meats.

•Daves Gourmet Korean- if you know, you know. I double up on the tempeh, spicy daikon, burdock tooth, and seaweed salad.

•Dry Dock Fish- wonderful options fresh enough to use for ceviche or sushi.

•Fresco Pasta- this is the best stop for handmade pasta and cheeses. I never leave without the burrata, gluten-free ravioli, and truffle pecorino.

•Circle K Ranch- all the yummy peaches and nectarines, plus so much more as seasons change.

These are my must, must must haves but every vendor has something unique and Ashun Wren Wellness approved.
